Transporting a pet for the first time?

Road preparation

First of all, we need to know what kind of animal it is. We transport dogs, cats, rodents, exotic birds, terrarium animals and aquarium fish.

Where will the pet travel? And where from? We offer the “Door to door” service – we will pick up the pet at your place and hand over it to the new owner or, conversely, we will bring the pet directly to your home from the original owner.

How the journey goes

We transport animals in a car approved by the State Veterinary And Food Administration of Slovak republic with a certified driver.

Our car is fully air conditioned and pets are transported in spacious IATA approved boxes. During the trip, they are taken out every 2-3 hours (dogs) and fed as needed. Water is available at all times. Photo documentation is also being sent continuously so that you can see how our passengers are traveling. The transport is carefully planned so that your pet gets to the destination as soon as possible and thus avoids unnecessary lengthening of the journey.

Welfare of transported animals is our absolute priority.

Needed documents

In the case of a dog, cat and ferret, the animal must have a microchip and a “Pet Passport” issued by your veterinarian.

Items which must be mentioned in the Pet Passport:
Valid rabies vaccination (in puppies at least 21 days after vaccination)
Treatment against Echinococcus spp. (active substance praziquantel) 1 – 4 days before departure
Clinical examination not older than 48 hours before departure

Each pet must travel with an accompanying TRACES document issued to you by your Regional Veterinary and Food Administration no later than 10 days before the trip.

If you have any questions, we will be happy to answer and help you.
